You can ask for a refund within 14 days of the email that delivered your product key.

Cancellation rights: digital content normally carries a 14-day right to cancel. That right can end once the download or activation starts, but only if you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged losing the right at checkout. This acknowledgement will be added to checkout before purchasing opens.

Faulty software: whatever the above, if Squipty is faulty or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a refund is given, that product key is switched off the next time Squipty is online. Your screenplays stay on your computer and remain yours. To ask for a refund, contact us from the email address you bought with.
