Squipty is Windows screenwriting software sold as a one-time digital download. The launch price is £39.99 for the first 3 months from launch, then £49.99. There is no subscription. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

When you buy Squipty you receive one product key, shown on screen and sent to you by email. That key covers up to three computers.

Updates are downloaded manually from this website. Bug fixes and minor updates are intended to be free. A future major version may be offered as a separate, discounted upgrade. You do not have to buy an upgrade: you can keep using a legitimately licensed older version.

Your writing belongs to you. Squipty saves your projects on your own computer and never takes a copy of them, and we claim no rights in anything you write. The Squipty software, name and logo remain ours.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the software is faulty or not as described.
